Hello Nerdlings. Its a well known fact that most bookworms will never read all the books on their TBR. There are just too many books out there in the world and not enough hours in the day to get them read. Today I have compiled a list of series that I honestly just don’t have the time for. Some of them I really enjoyed but others I actually just didn’t like. If you guys like this type of post maybe I can do it again sometime.
1. The Winnter’s Curse trilogy by Marie Rutkoski
I read books one and two. I loved book one. Two was alright. And honestly I just have so much to read that if I’m not loving something/ don’t already own the series and feel compelled to give it another try, I’m just not going to.
2. Malediction Trilogy by Danielle L. Jensen
I really liked book one. But I read it when it first came out years ago. The rest of the series is out now but it’s been so long I’d have to re read book one just to continue. I just don’t have that kind of time on my hands.
3. Glittering Court trilogy by Richelle Mead
I usually love Mead’s books but this one fell flat for me. Also each book is technically a complete story. The sequels are the same story just from a different person’s perspective. I absolutely HATE books like that. So, um not thanks!
4. Jackaby by William Ritter
This series wasn’t bad. It just didn’t overwhelm me with awesomeness. I think most of it was a mood thing. I buddy read books one and two with a friend so I HAD to read them. If I had more time in the day, I might reach for them but I doubt it.
5. A Study in Charlotte by Brittany Cavallaro
I was really looking forward to the first book. But it felt like a straight up copy of the original Sherlock. I had a hard time getting behind the friendship of the main characters, none the less a romance. I most likely won’t read the rest of the series.
Let me know in the comments what is a series you just don’t have the time and energy to finish. I hope you guys are having a wonderful Wednesday! TTFN
Yeah “The Glittering Court” did not entice me at all. U usually like her stuff too.

I don’t think I’ll ever read The Winners Curse or Glittering Court either. It was mainly because I didn’t like the covers, but now I just have no desire to even pick them up haha

I feel that so many people will hate me for this, but I was so bored with “Miss Peregrine`s Home for Peculiar Children”. Something is lacking and I`m a bit frustrated because I invested in 3 beautiful hardcovers that will now gather dust on my shelves.

I went to click on this post and I was thinking PLEASE PLEASE NOT ANYTHING CASSANDRA CLARE. Because LITERALLY for the past week I’ve run into so many people who just STOP at City of Bones (the first book) and I’m like, “NO BAD YOU CAN NOT JUST SIMPLY STOP READING CASSANDRA CLARE.” XD Have you read The Mortal Instruments? Call me clueless but the only series I recognize on here are Winners Curse and Glittering Court! Eek. That mean girls gif. I don’t know why but it made me laugh so much ha.
